Cinnamon Tincture

  • 12 to 15 cinnamon sticks
  • 100 proof vodka

Toast the cinnamon sticks in a pan over medium/hight heat until they become very aromatic. Let cool and add them to a 16oz mason jar and add the vodka. Age for at least a month shaking daily if possible. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or coffee filter before serving.

Smoked Belle Isle Premium Moonshine

Pour one full bottle of Belle lsle Premium Moonshine into a stainless steal catering tray. In a matching tray, fill an ice bath and place the tray containing the moonshine on top so that the spirit stays cool during the smoking process. In a table top or full size smoker, bring the internal tempera- ture to roughly 200 degrees before adding enough soaked apple wood chips to create a large amount of smoke. When chips begin to smoke, add stainless trays and let smoke for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and serve.

Cheers!
