RED LAYER:

  • 1 ½ cups Belle Isle Black Label (or Honey Habanero, if you’re feeling spicy!)

  • 1 3 oz. package of strawberry Jell-O

  • 1 3 oz. package of berry blue Jell-O

  • 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 oz. unflavored gelatin

  • 3 cups water

RED LAYER:

Mix 1 cup of boiling water with strawberry Jell-o until completely dissolved. Add ½ cup of spirit, and let cool for a few minutes. Pour ⅓ of the way up in shot glass, then let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until semi-firm.

WHITE LAYER:

Add ¾ cup of boiling water with unflavored gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add 7 ounces of sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup of spirit. Add the mixture on top of the red layer another ⅓ of the way full. Refrigerate another half hour until semi-firm.

BLUE LAYER:

Mix 1 cup of boiling water with berry blue Jell-O until completely dissolved. Add ½ cup of spirit, and let cool for a few minutes. Pour the rest of the way up in plastic ramekins, then let chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
