As our Events Manager, you'll be a critical member of our tight-knit team. You’ll help build and spread the Belle Isle brand and message, helping to showcase our Premium Moonshine product lineup at engaging events ranging from community events to world-class industry events.

By collaborating across our entire company and working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will see events executed to completion by managing our team of Brand Connection and Community Managers, ensuring that all key touch points have been provided a beautiful experience.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AGILE MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the Events Team on both the Sales and Marketing sides

  • Build out Event Team quarterly objectives based on Marketing and Sales feedback

  • Assist with hiring process for future Event team talent

  • Develop, monitor, optimize and continuously adjust key metrics around events based on research and consumer insight

  • Dial in our post-event activity and documenting of information

  • Management of programming and event execution budget

  • Help define roles and responsibilities as the event engine evolves

  • Assist with development of training program for all ambassadors and third parties

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • 2-4 years of event planning, on-site execution, and management

  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc)

EVENT EXECUTION

  • Help with developing Marketing programming, positioning and key messaging that will define the company as a leader in the event space

  • Direct the execution of all event-focused customer acquisition programs

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all aspects of programming are communicated on the front lines

  • Discover new growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and ideas by examining our data, competitors, problem-solving and brainstorming ideas

  • Hypothesize, develop, and analyze A/B tests at events in order to create efficiencies

  • Own operations - Understand event logistics, rules, and regulations in current and new markets
