As our Financial Analyst, you'll be a critical member of our tight-knit team. You’ll be responsible for providing all levels of management with useful and accurate financial information on a timely basis. You’ll work cross functionally with all departments to construct accurate inputs and trackable outputs. This role will be a steward to our executive team and a strong resource in helping them make effective financial decisions. By working across all departments, you will enable our teams to focus and become more strategic on the broader issues.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

  • Provide support for executive team with regards to financial planning, analysis, and budget

  • Develop executive level dashboarding that communicates company wide metrics

  • Support process and work directly with management team to ensure projects get completed accurately and on schedule

  • Partner with management team to streamline process, remove bottlenecks, and improve efficiency

  • Summarize and communicate processes and the related financial activity in a clear and concise manner

  • Review and monitor accounting controls to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

DEVELOP P&L PROJECTIONS

  • Work directly with management and accounting team to gather accurate inputs impacting the P&L

  • Understand financial impact of inputs and provide recommendations on ways to improve margins and profitability

  • Leverage internal systems and external data to refine analysis and support key decisions

TEAM MEMBER

  • In conjunction with Accounting Team, will assist in the identification of other relevant issues within the department and participate in the creation of innovative solutions and/or the implementation of new procedures.

  • Assist with all team needs where applicable

  • Help Belle Isle continue to be a fun place to work (and play)

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • B.S. in a business discipline, preferably Finance or Accounting

  • MBA or CPA preferred

  • 3+ years of Finance or data analytics

  • Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)

  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail

  • Proven analytical experience
