As our Project Coordinator, you'll be a critical member of our tight-knit team. You’ll help facilitate and execute integral stages of specific projects at Belle Isle. You’ll be familiar with every aspect of a project, including all short and long-term goals, the entire project calendar, and budgeting details. By collaborating across our entire company and working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you will enable our department heads to focus on broader issues and any problems that arise by managing the day to day minutiae.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ORGANIZER

  • Use and identify new tools to monitor work hours, plans and expenditures

  • Set and uphold times and dates for meetings in order to keep projects on schedule

  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports

  • Ensure brand standards and requirements are met through conducting project retrospectives

  • Help prepare and monitor project-specific budgets to keep a project on track

  • Keep record of Belle Isle assets & collateral in the field across our various markets

EXECUTOR

  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
  • Assist in dividing project tasks between relevant parties and check in for status updates
  • Act as a point of communication between Belle Isle’s different teams and departments
  • Assist our department heads and a project’s manager in eliminating roadblocks and optimizing workflows

  • Relay issues with timelines or budgets to a project’s manager in a time-sensitive manner

  • Manage communication of deliverables with vendors and 3PL fulfillment

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative assistance

  • Proficiency in standard workplace platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, etc.)

  • Clear, consistent, and timely communication

  • Unabashedly sociable and involved - both online and offline

  • Great collaborative skills & a positive personality

TEAM MEMBER

  • Work with our Marketing & PR teams to fulfill any requested items and collateral

  • Create process, manage, and maintain office supplies, including merch

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Assist with all team needs where applicable

  • Help Belle Isle continue to be a fun place to work (and play)
