Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. Beet infused Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
• 1/2 oz. blanco Tequila
• 1/2 oz. Mezcal
• 3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 oz. Punt E Mes Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz. beet simple syrup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until shaker is very cold to touch. Double strain with Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer into chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with lime.
