Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
• 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
• 1/2 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
• 1 dropper of hopped grapefruit bitters 

Preparation

Stir, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass, garnish with a grapefruit peel.
