Ingredients:

• ¾ oz. Belle Isle Black Label

• ¾ oz. lemon juice

• ¾ oz. Cocchi Americano

• ¾ oz. Cointreau

• absinthe rinse

• Luxardo cherry garnish, plus a little juice

Preparation:

Rinse martini glass with absinthe with ice, then dump. Add first four ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double-strain into martini glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry, and add a bit of the juice for good measure.
