Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• 1 oz. carrot juice

• ½ oz. honey syrup

• ½ oz. lemon juice

• ¼ oz. ginger paste

• 2-3 dashes orange bitters

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin over ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
