Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine
- ½ oz. Creme de Mure
- ¼ oz. Agave
- 2 Mint Sprigs
- 4-5 Blackberries
- Ginger Beer
Preparation
In a shaker tin, muddle sprigs of mint and blackberries. Add the first three ingredients and ice, shake, and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a mint leaf wrapped around a blackberry.
