Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee

• ¾ oz. Jägermeister Manifest

• 1 oz. Tyku Coconut Sake

• ¾ oz. egg white

• ¾ oz. coconut syrup

• 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin over ice. Shake and strain out ice, then dry shake for 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
