Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Black Label

• ½ oz. honey syrup

• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

• 3 oz. sparkling wine

Preparation:

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine of your choice, and garnish with this beautiful honey garnish from Dress the Drink!
