Ingredients:

• 1½ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee

• 1½ oz. Belle Isle Black Label

• 1 light barspoon absinthe

• 1 oz. grapefruit juice

• ¾ oz. lime juice

• ½ oz. pineapple juice

• ½ oz. falernum

• ¼ oz. grenadine

• 1 dash Angostura bitters
  

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a blender and cover with ice. Blend until smooth and pour into Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
