Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• ½  oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

• ¼ oz. Creme de Violette

• ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

• Luxardo cherry garnish

Preparation:

Drop one Luxardo cherry into a chilled coupe glass. Combine remaining ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into coupe.
