Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

• ½ oz. beet-infused simple syrup**

• 3 oz. grapefruit lavender kombucha from Katboocha

Preparation:

Combine first two ingredients in a Collins glass over ice. Top with kombucha and garnish with a lime.

**Beet simple syrup: Boil 1 cup of watered beet juice (2:1 beet juice to water) with 1 cup sugar on low for about 3 minutes to fully dissolve sugar.
