Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• ½ oz. lime juice
• club soda
• 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Mint Bitters

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wheel.
