Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Black Label
• 1 ¼ oz. pomegranate juice
• ¾ oz.  agave nectar
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• 1 dash plum bitter
• Cava

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except cava into a shaker tin, shake, and strain into a wine glass over ice. Top with cava slowly to stop from foaming over.
