Ingredients

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• 1/2 oz. MOTHER shrub Grapefruit Shrub

• 3 oz. Tonic water

• 1 Sprig of rosemary

• Optional Garnish: grapefruit peel or wedge

Preparation:
Add grapefruit shrub and rosemary sprig to a mixing glass and muddle. Top with ice and add Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit. Stir, then strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water, and garnish additionally with a grapefruit wedge or peel.
