Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

• 1 oz. coconut water

• 1 oz. pineapple

• ¾  oz. lime

• sprig of mint

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a slapped mint leaf.
