Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange

• ½ oz. mezcal

• 1 oz. pear nectar

• 1 oz. lime juice

• ½ oz. agave syrup

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double-strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with fresh thyme.
