As our BRAND AMBASSADOR, you'll be a critical member of our tight-knit team. You’ll help communicate the Belle Isle brand and message at events and tastings by being the expert on our products and a force for good times. By working closely with our Community Team, you will bring Belle Isle to life for new customers, help see beautiful event experiences to completion, and ensure everyone understands exactly why you should replace your vodka with Belle Isle Moonshine.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
EVENTS & MARKETING ACTIVATIONS
Represent Belle Isle Moonshine at a wide variety of community, industry, and non-profit events across Virginia
Assist in setup and breakdown of Belle Isle bar setups at various events and activations
Create and serve delicious drinks and tastings of our products to win over new consumers
Maintain our brand and visual standards at all marketing activations for a clean, well-executed appearance
IN-STORE TASTINGS
Represent Belle Isle Moonshine at in-store tastings across Virginia, showcasing our latest product releases
Encourage the sampling and purchasing of Belle Isle products at exclusive store locations
Engage with new and returning fans to share updates and information on our various products
FACE OF THE BRAND
Maintain a working knowledge of all Belle Isle products in order to be a subject-matter expert
Demonstrate dependability, honesty, and passion as a member of the Belle Isle team
Take advantage of every opportunity to delight and amaze our customers and fans
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in a brand ambassador, event support, or customer service role
Great communication skills and a highly social energy
Experience in the food & beverage or beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Part-time
Ability to choose your own shifts and hours - should have nights/weekend availability
Competitive pay
Must be 21+
Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive around central VA
Physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lifting up to 30 lbs, and standing for extended periods of timee
