COCKTAIL ROUND-UP: HOME BARTENDER EDITION
Springtime Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
1 oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. homemade raspberry-mint syrup
3 oz. club soda
Preparation
Combine Belle Isle, lemon juice, and raspberry-mint syrup in a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda, then garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.

Cabin Fever Margarita

INGREDIENTS
¾ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
1 oz. mezcal
1 oz. peach schnapps
1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
3 drops salt water
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake, and strain into a coupe or margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Sweatpants and Chill

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
½ oz.jalapeño simple syrup
¼ oz. mezcal
juice of ¼ a lemon
few drops of Crude “Lindsay” bitters
approx. 6 sage leaves (lightly char edges with flame)
Preparation
Muddle simple syrup with approx. 4 sage leaves at bottom of shaker. Set 2 sage leaves aside for garnish.
Add ice to shaker and vigorously shake all ingredients (except garnish).
Strain into your fanciest glass, then garnish with remaining sage leaves and dehydrated lemon slice.
