Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit

• ¼ oz. St. Germain

• ¼ oz. raspberry pureé

• 4 dashes rose water

• topped w/ Cava

Preparation:

Add first four ingredients to a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain in coupe glass, then top with Cava.
