INGREDIENTS

• 1 750ml bottle of Belle Isle Premium Moonshine

• 1 Pineapple (cubed with core and skin on with head removed)
• 2 Star Anise (whole)

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a glass mixing jar and let sit for three days at room temperature. Fine strain back into original bottle.
