Cocktail: Bubbling Blackberry Belle
- 1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
- 1/4 oz. Domaine de Canton
- 1/4 oz. Mint Simple
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Lime
- 4 Blackberries
- Fresh mint
- 1 Blackberry ice cube
- mint for garnish
Muddle blackberries, mint and lime. Add rocks, spirit and then shake. Double strain into Champagne Flute. Fill with Prosecco. Drop in one blackberry ice cube Garnish with mint and Voila!
