With unique works of art in each guest room, a concept shop that showcases both up-and-coming and established artists, and signature restaurant, Maple & Pine, Quirk provides a destination for locals and travelers alike.

Cocktail: Belle Isle Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Belle Isle Premium Moonshine infused with Quirk Blend (Black tea, Lavender, Bergamot) Tea, orange zest
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

Preparation

Served on the rocks with a sugar and tea rim.
